Real Madrid are reportedly planning summer moves for Chelsea duo Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois.
According to Sid Lowe in the Guardian, Los Blancos are eager to make their next Galactico signing—not least as it is an election year for president Florentino Perez—and Hazard has been identified as a key target, with Real convinced they can fit him into the side alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale.
Lowe added that Real believe Belgian Hazard "would welcome a move," while the 26-year-old could be the ideal successor for Ronaldo, 32.
