Sergio Ramos' potential departure from Real Madrid could reportedly pave the way for Jose Mourinho to return as manager at the Bernabeu.
Centre-back Ramos has recently been linked with a move to Manchester United, with the Red Devils supposedly lodging a £35 million bid for the Spaniard, per Pete Jenson of the Daily Mail.
Ramos is apparently unhappy that he has been allowed to enter the last two years of his contract and is looking to depart Madrid.
According to El Pais journalist Diego Torres (h/t La Liga expert Dermot Corrigan), Real President Florentino Perez would welcome Ramos' departure as it would open the door for Mourinho to return to the helm at the Bernabeu:
