The striker has had his ups and downs with Massimiliano Allegri but the Spaniard is key to the club's hopes of winning a fifth successive Serie A title, says Mark Doyle.
At the tail end of July, Juventus coach Massmiliano Allegri introduced Alvaro Morata as a second-half substitute in the club's preseason clash with Lechia Gdansk. Just 26 minutes later, he hauled the Spaniard off, disgusted with the striker's performance.
"Apart from the tactical errors, I didn't like his attitude," Allegri admitted. "Things didn't go his way and he stopped playing. That's why I decided to change him.
