The Scottish Premiership club were shocked by Luxembourg side Progres Niederkorn, who eliminated Pedro Caixhinha's men from Europe at the first hurdle
Rangers suffered one of the worst defeats in their history as they lost 2-0 to Luxembourg side Progres Niederkorn to exit the Europa League in the first qualifying round.
The Scottish Premiership side had recorded a narrow 1-0 victory in the first leg at Ibrox, but a historic victory from the hosts in Luxembourg resulted in a 2-1 aggregate defeat for Pedro Caixinha's men.
Goals from Emmanuel Fracoise and Sebastian Thill saw Progres progress to the second qualifying round, having never won a European fixture before and only ever scoring one goal in a continental game.
