Pumas got their first road victory of the Clausura 2025 season after defeating Atletico San Luis by a 3-2 score. Pumas bounced back after a stretch of lackluster performances to get a victory over a San Luis side that has been a disappointment at home after having a great run at home in the Apertura 2024. They will have to bounce back by traveling away to face Queretaro while Pumas will travel north to Canada to face Cavalry FC in their CONCACAF Champions League debut.
The 1st half started with Jorge Ruvalcaba returning to the starting 11 while Ignacio Pussetto was up top.
