Paris Saint-Germain have sent a dossier to UEFA regarding the the performance of referee Deniz Aytekin during the club's 6-1 defeat to Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League at the Camp Nou.
Jason Burt of the Telegraph reported the Ligue 1 champions have sent a five-page letter to the governing body due to a litany of perceived errors from the officials as the Blaugrana overturned a 4-0 first-leg deficit to eliminate PSG.
Burt wrote:
There were a series of controversial incidents during the game with Aytekin awarding Barcelona two penalties and coming under extreme pressure from the Spanish side’s players.
