Premier League surprise performers

It was something of a surprise that Bournemouth recruited Josh King from Blackburn before their first Premier League season. After all, the Norway forward wasn't exactly a regular in the Championship, scoring just four goals last season, three of which came in one game against Stoke in the FA Cup.

However, he has proved most useful for the Cherries this term, particularly with main striker Callum Wilson out injured, and was even cited by Louis van Gaal as a reason why Manchester United couldn't beat the Cherries recently -- such was their fear of his pace on the counter-attack.
