Poland and Republic of Ireland head into their final qualifier on Sunday knowing victory will ensure them a place at Euro 2016.
Following drama in their penultimate qualifiers, Poland and Republic of Ireland retain hope of sealing their place at Euro 2016 going into Sunday's clash in Warsaw.
While Poland levelled deep into injury time to salvage a 2-2 draw against Scotland at Hampden Park, Martin O'Neill's Ireland recorded a famous 1-0 win over world champions Germany in Dublin.
It means victory for either side will book a place at the continental competition in France next year while a draw could prove sufficient for both to secure a top-two berth if Germany loses to Georgia.
