Former Barcelona manager and current Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola took a slight shot at his former club this week. The comments come on the back of a pretty harsh penalty against the Citizens for FFP violations. Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu came out and said that UEFA was doing a good job in regards to FFP regulations.
“It is a club in which there are traditions, owned by 144,000 members, and it is a club in which democratic principles and freedom of expression are held deep within. It is a club run with rigour, always,” he said.
