Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has admitted that he will take a post in international management 'sooner or later'.
The Spaniard was the keynote speaker in the Peers Annual Lecture at Liverpool University's Department of Modern Languages and Cultures on Wednesday, and discussed a wide range of topics.
One question probed the 47-year-old former Barcelona and Bayern Munich manager on what his aspirations were in the game, having had such success.
As quoted by the Telegraph, Guardiola replied: "I would like to be an international manager in a national team.
"Sooner or later, it will happen because every three days I would like to be involved, but a little bit more calm, play more golf.
