Paulinho’s brief time at Barcelona is over after Chinese Super League side Guangzhou Evergrande confirmed he was heading back to China.
The Brazilian was a controversial signing for Barca but leaves the Camp Nou after helping Ernesto Valverde’s side win the Double.
He joins Guangzhou on a one-year loan deal but the club have a mandatory option to buy.
