Pau Victor has impressed for Barcelona during their pre-season tour of the United States and will be hoping to be part of Hansi Flick’s first-team squad for the new campaign.
The attacker has moved permanently from Girona after an impressive stint last season for Rafa Marquez’s Barca Atletic where he finished the campaign as the team’s top scorer.
His previous coach, Javi Martinez, has now been talking about Victor and has explained why he thinks he deserves minutes in Flick’s team in 2024-25.
“He was always a very talented player, but I am positively surprised that he has reached as far as he has.
