Osorio names Mexico World Cup qualifying roster for USMNT and Panama matches

Carlos Vela is among those named in Mexico’s 25-man squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers against the United States and Panama.

Coach Juan Carlos Osorio included the Real Sociedad forward after leaving him out from last summer’s Copa America Centenario team.

The roster looks a lot like what was expected, as Osorio selects 17 of 23 players from last summer’s tournament.

Mexico travel to Columbus, Ohio to take on the United States on Friday November 11 and then take on Panama four days later at the Estadio Rommel Fernández.
