The Greek giant says the Mexican forward will suit up for its club next season.
Alan Pulido will stay in Greece, joining powerhouse Olympiacos, the club announced Friday.
The Mexican forward has had a complicated contract situation, being locked in a dispute with Tigres that he took to the Court of Arbitration in Sport.
During the dispute, Pulido was granted a provisional transfer and suited up six times for Greek side Levadiakos, scoring once. Tigres looked to offload the forward to Chivas during the summer's draft. Now, it appears Pulido will continue in Greece rather than joining the Guadalajara club.
