The Canaries have added to their attacking options after signing the Democratic Republic of Congo attacker on a short-term deal from the Ukrainian Premier League.
Norwich City has signed Dieumerci Mbokani from Dynamo Kiev on loan until the end of the season, with the option to buy.
The former Anderlecht striker, who has won league titles for three different European clubs, scored 19 goals in 46 appearances after moving to Ukraine in June 2013.
Mbokani, 29, will join up with international teammate Youssouf Mulumbu at Carrow Road and head coach Alex Neil has expressed his delight at signing the striker.
