Norwich beat Middlesbrough 2-0 at Wembley to claim the final place in the Premier League.
Both teams hit the bar inside 10 minutes before Cameron Jerome snuck one in at the near post and Nathan Redmond doubled the lead shortly after with a fine strike.
Middlesbrough could not find a way back and Norwich are back in the top flight.
