Chelsea defender has returned to the club after his loan spell at Bournemouth was cut short.
The 21-year-old Dutch defender joined Bournemouth on loan for the whole of this season, but Conte was keen on adding more defensive options to his squad and has therefore decided to recall Ake early.
Bournemouth have confirmed the deal on their Twitter account.
