The teenager impressed whilst playing in Europe in midweek and now his Portuguese head coach insists his midfielder will continue to feature in his first team as he develops.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho backed teenager Ruben Loftus-Cheek to earn more playing time after impressing in the Champions League.

Mourinho said the 19-year-old England youth international, who he heavily criticized after a preseason friendly in June, would continue to be given the chance to impress.
