Mourinho, Klopp cut from the same cloth

It is being billed as "the Special One" against "the Normal One." Chelsea against Liverpool is Jose Mourinho against Jurgen Klopp, a meeting of managers who coined their own nicknames. Sort of, anyway. Mourinho has insisted he did not use the definite article at his unveiling as Chelsea manager in 2004 and only pronounced himself "a Special One." Klopp's response, after his appointment at Anfield 11 years later, was no carefully constructed soundbite, but a throwaway remark in reply to a question.

In any case, with Chelsea 15th in the Premier League, after losing more times in their opening 10 matches this season than their first 74 at the start of Mourinho's earlier reign at Stamford Bridge, he does not feel so special.
