Mexico is returning to the Confederations Cup, in what may be the last edition of a tournament that is key in Mexican soccer history. In 1999, Mexico had their greatest achievement in senior level football when they won their only international title. While Mexico has won major titles at the youth level, including the 2012 Olympic Gold Medal, at the senior level this ranks at the top.
