The Mexico national team sealed a place in the quarterfinals of the Copa America Centenario with a 2-0 win over Jamaica on Thursday. Goals from Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez and Oribe Peralta were enough to hand Juan Carlos Osorio's side their second victory of the competition.
While Mexico got the win, there were a number of underwhelming performances on the field, especially in the defense. There were, however, some positives as Guillermo Ochoa was fantastic to keep his net in zero. In addition, Chicharito moved just one goal away from leveling Jared Borgetti for most goals scored for El Tri.
