Lionel Messi will remain the best player in the world for as long as he wants to be, according to Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni.
Barcelona superstar Messi won The Best FIFA Men's Player award on Monday, pipping Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk and long-time rival Cristiano Ronaldo to the honour.
Scaloni has no doubt the 32-year-old was a deserving winner and thinks he will continue being the sport's leading light for many years.

"He will remain the best as long he wants, has the capacity and is physically able.
