Marc Casado has hailed manager Hansi Flick for having “the balls” to play such a high defensive line since taking over as Barcelona boss.
Flick’s high line has caught the eye this season and has led to Barcelona catching opponents’ offside on 77 occasions already this season.
Kylian Mbappe and Real Madrid were the latest victims of Flick’s offside trap, and Casado thinks it’s an incredibly brave move by his boss.
“It’s incredible to have the balls to have such a high defensive line,” he told reporters.
“We’ve been doing it all season, the defensive work of this team is spectacular.
