Manchester United make "highest offer ever" for Neymar, says Brazilian media

If The Sun wasn't enough, now the Brazilian media has jumped into the Neymar to Manchester Bandwagon.

According to major outlet Globo Esporte, the Red Devils offered €190 million to Barcelona for the transfer of the Brazilian superstar, which would make it the highest fee ever paid for a single player in football history. That is the amount of the buyout clause on Neymar's contract, which ends on July of 2018.

The report goes on to say that, while Barça refused the offer because of the transfer ban, they are open to negotiations for next summer.
