Man Utd Legend Surprisingly Defends Jurgen Klopp for On-Pitch Celebrations in Merseyside Derby

Former England captain David Beckham has leapt to the defence of Jurgen Klopp by insisting the Liverpool manager's derby-day celebration is what football is all about.

Following Divock Origi's injury-time winner against Merseyside rivals Everton on Sunday, Klopp sprinted on to the pitch to celebrate and embraced goalkeeper Alisson with a trademark hug.

The German manager has since accepted a misconduct charge from the Football Association relating to his actions, but Beckham has insisted Klopp cannot be blamed after such a dramatic finish to the game.
