Manchester United are continuing with their serious efforts to land Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen late in the transfer window and are negotiating over a £50m deal.
Eriksen has emerged as a major target for United since a proposed deal for Juventus 'number 10' Paulo Dybala was called off over wage demands and uncertainty over the player's desire to join, and a transfer for the Dane could be a good fit for all parties.
90min reported on Tuesday that United are confident of striking a deal for Eriksen, despite summer long interest from Real Madrid.
