After an entertaining game of football, Liverpool take all three points. The Reds took the lead after nine minutes when Mane finished off a neat move with Firmino, before Robertson made it two on 25 minutes with a close-range finish. Salah added a third 11 minutes later after turning home the rebound from Firmino’s saved near-post header, but Salzburg pulled one back through Hee-Chan’s fierce strike seven minutes before half time. After the restart, the visitors drew level after scoring twice in quick succession through Minamino and Haaland, but Salah secured the points for Liverpool on 69 minutes with a well-placed left-footed strike from close range.
