Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly ready to let striker Daniel Sturridge leave the club, and West Ham United are said to be favourites to sign him.
That’s according to Neil Fissler of the Sunday Express, who added that Klopp wants to make room for new players and will subsequently move Sturridge on. It’s stated an offer of £25 million would need to be lodged before the Reds consider a sale.
West Ham are said to still be keen to secure a big-name striker, with Simone Zaza struggling for form at the Olympic Stadium, and Sturridge is a player that’d help solve their woes at the sharp end of the pitch.
