Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reportedly reluctant to add any new players to his squad in January despite the Anfield hierarchy being open to bringing in some new additions.
According to David Maddock of the Mirror, Fenway Sports Group—Liverpool's parent company—are prepared to release funds to aid acquisitions in the new year. But Klopp "has not even requested a sit-down with his Fenway Sports Group bosses to talk about potential targets."
Maddock added that the German manager will go into the January market only for a genuinely top-class player, such as his former Borussia Dortmund charge, Neven Subotic.
