Southampton defender Nathaniel Clyne is set to undergo a medical at Liverpool on Monday. If everything works out according to the plans, Liverpool could announce the deal within next 48 hours.
According to a report published by ESPN, the England international is expected to sign a five-year-contract at Liverpool. The two clubs had already agreed a deal last week.
Southampton rejected Liverpool’s initial bid of £10m in May, but later when the Merseyside club returned with an improved offer (initial fee of £12.
