The Reds have managed to secure the signing of another defender to help alleviate their ongoing injury crisis at the back.
Liverpool has completed the loan signing of Steven Caulker from Queens Park Rangers, with the defender registered for the Anfield club until the end of the 2015-16 season.
Caulker had been on loan at Southampton, but had found his playing time restricted, with Jose Fonte and Virgil van Dijk favored in the first-team.
Following the completion of the deal, the 24-year-old was successfully registered before the Premier League’s deadline, and will be eligible to face Arsenal should he be named in the squad for Wednesday's fixture.
