Jordan Henderson's return to the Liverpool team is in part down to lessons learned from ballet.
The skipper at Anfield has missed three months with a heel injury known as plantar fasciitis, and he has tried a series of treatments to get back on the pitch.
According to Yahoo Sport:
Henderson and Reds’ head of physiotherapy Chris Morgan tried everything to aid the England midfielder's recovery , including getting advice from the England rugby experts and the Australian cricket team.
And they even sought input from ballet schools—where similar heel injuries are common place.
