Turkey will hardly be panicking despite narrowly dropping their opening match against Croatia. They reached the semi-final in their last appearance at the European Championships in 2008, despite losing their opening match 2-0 to Portugal. Faith Terim was in charge of Turkey during that tournament as well, but that isn’t to say the pressure isn’t on – defeat today would leave their hopes of progressing hanging by a thread.
