Joachim Low has not tinkered with his team too much over the course of the tournament but, while he sticks with the 4-2-3-1 formation, the German coach has been forced into three this evening from the side that beat Italy on penalties in the Quarter-Finals. Mario Gomez has been ruled out for the rest of the tournament with a torn hamstring, while Sami Khedira also misses out through injury and Mats Hummels is suspended after picking up his second yellow card of the event. However, captain Bastian Schweinsteiger has been passed fit and is restored to the starting line-up, as is Julian Draxler, while Emre Can comes in for his first appearance in France.
