Former Chivas manager Matias Almeyda has interviewed for the Costa Rica national team manager job, according to Fox Deportes.
Oscar Ramirez led Costa Rica into the World Cup but parted ways with the national team after failing to get the Ticos out of the group stage. Almeyda also is a candidate for the open Mexico job, though no longer is presumed to be Juan Carlos Osorio's successor as he once was.
