The hosts failed to capitalise on a number of their early open chances before they were made to pay thereafter in the second half
Tusker picked up an important 1-0 win against AFC Leopards at Afraha Stadium in a Kenyan Premier League tie on Sunday.
Timothy Otieno scored the all-important goal in the second half to ensure they moved second on the KPL log with 41 points. The result also means AFC Leopards' winning streak which had stretched to three matches has been halted.
Otieno could have broken the deadlock in the eighth minute after he was located inside the area by Chrispinus Onyango.
