Leon continued their great start to their season with their third straight victory after defeating Chivas by a 2-1 score. Leon has won all their matches and only trails the leaders because of not playing in their first match of the season, which was postponed because of therr opponent’s Pachuca having played during the Club World Cup. Chivas continues their struggle by once again losing in the away match. Leon will now travel away to face Mazatlan while Chivas remains home to face off against Queretaro.
The 1st half started with Chivas coming out with a very young starting 11 including Yael Padilla, Hugo Camberos and Teun Wilke up top.
