Everton have completed the signing of River Plate Montevideo striker Leandro Rodriguez, who moves to Merseyside on a four-year deal, per the Blues' website.
The 22-year-old moves to the Premier League after scoring 20 goals in 78 appearances for River Plate Montevideo over the past three years.
Prior to Friday's announcement, Everton manager Roberto Martinez spoke highly of Rodriguez's ability, outlining the player as someone with "incredible potential," per the official Everton website:
