Lavezzi to join Shanghai Greenland Shenhua

The Argentina star will become the latest player to head to China, with Super League clubs having already snapped up the likes of Jackson Martinez, Ramires and Gervinho.

Paris Saint-Germain star Ezequiel Lavezzi is set to join Shanghai Greenland Shenhua.

The Argentine will follow the likes of Jackson Martinez, Ramires and Gervinho to the Chinese Super League for a fee between $5.5 million and $11 million

Lavezzi has been left out of the PSG squad that has traveled south for Sunday's clash at Marseille ahead of the completion of the move.

The 30-year-old is out of contract in France at the end of the season and was linked with the likes of Chelsea and Inter during the January transfer window.
