Tigres bounced back to grab a late winner that gave them a 2-1 victory over Monterrey in another exciting Clasico Regio. Monterrey shot themselves in the foot with a 1-0 lead and a man advantage by getting two red cards that left them with 9 players and eventually cost them the match. The win is a huge boost for Tigres while the situation in Monterrey for Coach Martin Demichelis continues to be dire. Tigres will travel south to face Pachuca while Monterrey will go home for a tough match against current champions, Club America.
The 1st half started with Nelson Deossa still taking the place of the injured Sergio Canales.
