LaLiga Table 2016 Week 5: Updated Standings Following Tuesday's Results

A 1-0victory over Real Betis was enough to temporarily push Sevilla up to second place in LaLiga on Tuesday evening, with manager Jorge Sampaoli's side now just a point behind leaders Real Madrid entering Week 5.

The home side clinched victory in the Seville derby for the fourth time in succession at the Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan, where Gabriel Mercado picked a prime occasion to net his first goal for the club.

Earlier on Tuesday, Malaga came back from a goal down to defeat Eibar 2-1 at the Rosaleda thanks to goals from Sandro Ramirez and Youssef En-Nesyri either side of half-time.
