Barcelona could play Girona in Miami this season, as both clubs have accepted the proposal. However, backlash from players, fans, and even the Spanish federation have put the plans in limbo. Or at least, so we thought, but Tebas seems sure it will happen.
Asked by CNN if he would be willing to bet one dollar that the Barcelona-Girona match would take place next January at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida, Tebas said: “I wouldn’t bet one dollar, I would bet $10,000.
