The LA Galaxy continue their busy offseason transformation with the transfer of midfielder Juninho to Club Tijuana.
The LA Galaxy are in the middle of a serious roster shakeup, and just two days after announcing the transfer of U.S. national team defender Omar Gonzalez, the Galaxy have sold another major contributor to their recent championship success.
The Galaxy have agreed to sell Brazilian midfielder Juninho to Club Tijuana, the club announced on Thursday. The transfer, believed to be for a fee in the $1.5 million range, is expected to help pave the way for a series of acquisitions by the Galaxy this winter to help upgrade a roster that was in need of a revamp after the team fell short of expectations in 2015.
