Klinsmann announces keeper rotation for World Cup qualifiers

The United States coach will follow through on his promise to use both 'keepers in World Cup qualifying.

Jurgen Klinsmann stated in October he intended to use both Brad Guzan and Tim Howard going forward and the coach fully plans to follow through on that promise in the U.S. national team's first two World Cup qualifiers.

Klinsmann announced Thursday he will start Aston Villa’s Guzan in Friday’s qualifier in St. Louis against St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He will then turn to Everton’s Howard for Tuesday’s clash in Port-of-Spain against Trinidad and Tobago.
