Keylor Navas' No. 1 spot at Real Madrid is reportedly under threat with the "majority of [Los Blancos] players" eager to see Kiko Casilla promoted to the starting XI following the Costa Rican's recent errors between the posts.
According to Lluis Miguelsanz of Sport, it is felt in the Madrid dressing room "that [Navas] is not in his best form and is incapable of saving points in La Liga or the [UEFA] Champions League." The widely agreed solution is reportedly to have him replaced by his back-up, Casilla.
The Spaniard started the season in fine fashion when Navas was out injured, particularly impressing against Sporting CP in the Champions League.
