The Juventus squad escaped unharmed after a paper bomb was thrown at the team bus by a Bologna fan ahead of their Serie A clash on Friday evening.
Juve players were leaving the vehicle outside the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara when one of the home supporters threw the paper bomb, which exploded approximately one meter away from captain Gianluigi Buffon.
Neither the goalkeeper nor his teammates were injured and the bus suffered no damage, although the Italian champions were visibly shaken by the incident, which took place shortly before the start of the match.
