Jose Mourinho reportedly has an “agreement” in place with Valencia should he wish to take on the vacant managerial post, with the club said to be trying to convince him to join them over Manchester United.
The Liga side parted ways with toiling head coach Gary Neville on Wednesday after a torrid spell, and according to Shaun Custis of the Sun, “serious discussions have been ongoing for more than a month about Mourinho becoming the master of the Mestalla.” Custis added that “it is understood agreement has been reached on a deal.
