Veteran Mexican defender, Jorge Torres Nilo has decided to end his career in football. The left back nicknamed “Pechu” came through the youth system of Atlas, but the majority of his career happened with Tigres, where he won five Liga MX titles and had his most successful spell. He eventually moved on to Toluca, where he called it quits this season. Torres Nilo had a notable spell with the Mexican National Team as well, where he won two Gold Cups and went to the 2010 World Cup.
