Joao Felix has emerged as a transfer target for Aston Villa as the Portugal international’s hopes of staying at Barcelona continue to recede.
The Guardian are reporting Unai Emery’s men have turned their attentions to Felix after agreeing to sell Moussa Diaby to Al-Ittihad for €60 million.
Villa can offer Champions League football to Felix, after finishing fourth in the Premier League last season, which may help tempt him to Villa Park.
Benfica have also been linked with a move for Felix, although it’s unclear if they will be able to agree a price with Atletico Madrid.
