Barcelona president Joan Laporta has been asked once again by fans to try and sign Nico Williams from Athletic Club this summer.
Supporters were heard asking Laporta to buy Spain’s Euro 2024 star at the Gamper Trophy game against Monaco on Monday night.
Laporta, who has previously insisted the club can afford Nico, was a little more downbeat this time around. Indeed his response said it all as he replied simply: “We already have a good squad.”
“Laporta, sign Nico Williams”, some fans told Barça president.
